Look Again: Feminism

Look Again: Feminism

LOOK AGAIN: FEMINISM by Bernardine Evaristo (Tate Publishing, 2021) is part of the Tate Britain ‘Look Again’ series.  It is a personal essay with photographs which looks at the representation of women of colour in British art and in the forthcoming Tate Britain rehang. The other three books published as part of this first four-book group, offering different perspectives on the rehang, are EMPIRE by Afua Hirsch, GENDER by Travis Alabanza, and CLASS by Nathalie Ola. The series will feature twelve writers over the coming years in the build-up to Tate Britain’s major rehang in 2023.
